Importance  of  astrology  in  organization

   Human  beings  are the  supreme among  all  the  creature on the  planets Earth . Though others creatures  are the most  powerful than human are also present on earth but they have easily controlled them.

Human mind  is  very  curious to know  the  deep secret of nature .Human mind is  the most developed and advanced compare to any others creature on this  planets .Due to  this  human  are  emotional and they posses many  emotions like happiness ,sorrow etc .

Human is attached towards  sky  since the  stone age .Though human were illiterate during that time but  with the  they  have learnt and developed their experiences and made new discoveries.Human developed many faculties like Art,Science,Mathematics,Langauge,etc.Thus human obtained knowledge of many  such fields .Astrology is  also a  subject under these .

Astrology can be defined by given Sanskrit Shloka :

The above  shlokas means that  subjects that studies planents and constellations and facts related to them is  astrology.Earth and  others planets  constantly  revolve round the sun  . Sun  and other stars ray falls on  the planets Earth . Their  effect is clearly visible in human life .This effect is studies under astrology.

A social  unit of people that is structured and managed to meet a need or to pursue collective goals.All organizations have a management structure that determines relationships between the different activities and the members, and subdivides and assigns roles ,responsibilities and authority to carry out different tasks. Organizations are open system they affect and are affected by their environment.

Astrology will helps the organization to flourish by applying principles and techniques.I have researched more than  3000 horocopes of  peoples and  I  got  that  some  combinations are  good or  bad. I  will  present  it  on chart also.

In   this  case  figure 1   this  is  the  chart  of  aries anscedant person  who  worked in  finanacial  institution  . Here  is  the  combination  of  moon and Saturn (Vish  Yog) in  vedic astrology.Moon is  denoted as  milk and Saturn  as  a  poison.When  there will  be  combination of  moon and Saturn then  it will not be  milk  shake it  turns to  poison. This person will  cheat  to others and others  also  cheat with  them. I  also  found  that  he had  done  frequently  mistake  such  as  cheating  with  customers  and  I   fired  him  from  job.

In  this  case figure 2 this  is  the  chart  of  aries  anscedant  who  worked in  insurance  firm  as a  messenger but  now  he  is  a branch  manager and under  his  supervision  there are fifty branches . He  become a  branch  manager in  mars  dasa  because  of  his  skills  .  

I   want  to  tell  that   astrology  is  needed  in  human  resource  department  in  any  organization so  any  organization  will  hire  right  person  in  right  place .  This  is  my  personal  views  about  astrology   in  organization .
